You agree to bring any claim against the Publisher solely in your individual capacity and expressly WAIVE the right to participate in any form of class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceedings.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits your right to report potential violations of law or regulation to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA, or any other governmental agency, nor does it limit your right to receive whistleblower awards pursuant to applicable law.
